Summary

Maple House provides high-quality care for up to eight children and young people aged between 10 and 17. This residential therapeutic community cares for those who have social, emotional and lower-level mental health concerns.

Along with the homely interiors, there are also two large independently accessed classrooms and a further multi-functional classroom. At Maple House, we provide on-going intensive therapeutic, personalised care and an educational structure.

About the Manager

Nikki has worked with children and young people with complex needs and attachment disorders for 10 years. Nikki has supported an array of needs including sexual harmful or inappropriate behaviours, Asperger’s, self-harm, missing from care, offending behaviours, pregnancies, mental health problems, attachment disorders, eating disorders, aggressive behaviour and risks of child exploitation. Nikki’s qualifications include an FDa in Therapeutic Childcare, Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health & Social Care in Children & Young People’s Services, PGDip Counselling Psychology Studies, NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care, BA Dual Honours Psychology and Criminology.
